Re-entry is the final phase of the program during which the women are permitted to train in a junior staff capacity. This helps to further develop relational and communication skills, along with increased accountability. In this phase the women often discover they have abilities, gifts and talents that they never had the opportunity to develop or pursue. During this phase assistance is offered in helping to make decisions regarding future plans which may include college, vocational school training, job placement, reuniting with family, and choosing the right church.
